Rave tracks 1997-98

Ok so, a "new" album might be a bit of a stretch and a little misleading, as this is a compilation of music he created in 1998 and 1999 when he was 16/17, handpicked by Olin & Rob.

It was his second attempt at electronic music (the first was with Music 2000 on PlayStation, but unfortunately that tape seems to be lost forever). He used software like Soundforge, Acid Pro, Goldwave, and D-Lusion Rubberduck on his family's first computer. Back then, he knew little about electronic dance music - just had some ideas about drum and bass, techno and rave. These creations are all quite raw and free of form, as he was working with an open mind and blank canvas of ideas, far less aware of any music production techniques than he is now. There's a particular beauty and energy in these tracks, driven purely by creativity rather than knowledge, without any sort of commercial appeal or ambitions. This attitude of freedom is now more important than ever, both in music and life.
