Not content with only releasing a single to commemorate the ten year anniversary of their first holiday EP, The Oh Hellos pulled inspiration from song arrangements performed on previous tours, medieval motets, moody yuletide carols predating the comfortable glow of mid-20th century nostalgia, and family-holiday-gathering traditions we love to pretend to hate.
