This is the long-awaited physical release of LIVE FACT AND LET FICTION LIVE. Previously only available as a download it is now, in response to public demand, available as a double CD.
This is a special RSK Entertainment limited-edition release of Clive Mitten’s ground-breaking re-creation of Twelfth Night’s’ two most influential albums, whose names are combined in its title.
Re-imagined by Clive in his home studio, using AI technology to enable him to (partially) unmix the tracks, add new elements, before remixing them again, it includes versions of all the tracks from Fact And Fiction 1982’s studio album and all the tracks played at Geoff Mann’s farewell gigs in 1983 released on the Definitive Edition version of Live And Let Live. Seventeen tracks in total running to well over two hours of music!
The double CD is accompanied by a 12-page booklet that details how Clive put the album together and gives information on each track. It also contains several previously unpublished paintings and drawings by Geoff Mann. There is also a selection of photos of all the band members taken from Clive’s personal collection.
Clive says. "This album, my sixth, is the one of which I am most proud. And the one with which I am most pleased. It has been a year of hard work but a joy to be on stage and in the studio again with Geoff, Brian, Rick and Rev. And I think the results are well worth it. Seventeen tracks of classic Geoff-era Twelfth Night. With the man himself sounding great."
Clive’s aim was to present the two albums differently, using modern technology to enhance the original sounds and mixes. Given that both are recognised as classics of the Progressive Rock genre it was an ambitious undertaking. In addition to this release the Definitive Editions of both Fact And Fiction and Live And Let Live are also available via RSK Entertainment.
