Irish alternative-folk six-piece Madra Salach release their debut 12" EP, It’s a Hell of an Age. The EP features the breakout track “The Man Who Seeks Pleasure, ” a song that became a fan favourite across the band’s packed festival run in Ireland last summer.
The band sparked a word-of-mouth buzz across festival crowds and the Irish music press this summer, with support from Nialler9, Hot Press, The Goo, GoldenPlec, with a casual session for Lips2Ears recorded at Doyle’s Pub in Dublin being shared among punters.
The announcement of the groups debut EP and singles “I Was Just A Boy” and "Blue & Gold, " saw the group further championed by The Line of Best Fit, So Young, DIY Magazine, The Independent among others, with multiple spins by Deb Grant at 6 Music.
