In Devastation

The In Devastation album, mixed by German audio wizard Lasse Lammert, consists of 10 new tracks that are an electric force of aggression. While many key sonic attributes from albums one and two remain, there are areas of growth that will excite and perhaps even surprise even their most ardent and well-versed fans.

"This album is more out there and explores many kinds of new sounds for us. I still have all my heavy influences. It’s blackened death metal... with a twist!" reveals Leclercq.

There’s a famous saying that “great art comes from great pain” – a truth that echoes throughout In Devastation, Sinsaenum’s third full-length album, set for release via earMUSIC later this year.

Behind the scenes, the album was shaped by grief, burnout, and a relentless string of challenges, from the pandemic to the deaths of Leclercq’s father and Jordison. Joined by the rest of the band Stéphane Buriez, Attila Csihar, Sean Zatorsky, and Heimoth, Sinsaenum now channels that pain into purpose, dedicating the album to their fallen brother and the fire that still burns within.
