Propulsive opener âChildren Of The Seaâ, balances tensile strings and frenzied percussion fused around a high-tempo techno framework. âJazz Affairâ follows suit but shifts the mood inward, pairing feverish, hypnotic drum programming with expressive instrumentation - layering drifting piano chords, fragile pads and a winding bassline that lends the track a kinetic pull.
âTurbulence At The Orchestraâ draws from the raw spirit of â90s warehouse techno, weaving in the sounds of sensationalist news reports on illegal raves of the time and overall diving into darker territory, led by a foreboding, spiralling 303 line and punctuated with dramatic horn flares..
