Designed with a physical frst philosophy, Brightside is meant to be heard as a complete audio experience. Ziggy recorded the album in 432Hz , a frequency often associated with meditation, balance and healing. To fully capture this specifc sonic vision, his studio was rebuilt at the new Tuff Gong campus, allowing for warm, organic and earth grounded tones. Recorded with a live band, the songs on Brightside took on a life of their own during the sessions. The performances are expansive, immersive and deeply musical, emphasizing feel and atmosphere over convention. The result is an album that invites listeners to slow down, listen closely and connect with the music on a deeper level.
