Brazilian-born Amon Tobin first emerged between 1994 and 1995 with a series of 12" singles released on the small London-based label 9Bar Records. His debut album, Adventures in Foam, released under the alias Cujo, paved the way for a new generation of electronic productions and led to his signing with Ninja Tune in 1996. Since then, Tobin has recorded seven critically acclaimed albums under his own name on Ninja Tune, helping to establish the label as a powerhouse of musical innovation and diversity. Adventures in Foam is the only album released under the name Cujo (Portuguese for "whose").
